Alhambra Warehouse

My latest find is delish!! Clothes that are super fashiony, in the practical-comfortable-attitude way... was discovered! And, for 50-75% off. Yep, that's right, it means that frocks are seriously affordable and oh so delish! It's a little hidden from normal view, but worth the find- it's right behind University Village.
The scoop: the main store is located in downtown Seattle- but it turns over its stuff to its warehouse which completely discounts the clothes for sale.

Seattle: Stayin In

The Seattle PI, rival to the Seattle Times, has a great section in the paper called Staying In. Its a fresh take on life and the randomness that's involved. My fav? The drink recipes and the cool websites- can't go wrong! And, it's updated daily- but I think prints on Fridays.

Live Longer, Feel Younger

While watching Oprah, I had a stark realization that yes, the food I put into my body may not agree with my body. Yes, that's right- even though it's "light, fat free, diet," a substitute, etc etc... my body may not actually know what it is. Sure it tastes great, but my ancestors obviously didn't eat "I can't believe its not butter"... so how am I expecting my body to know how to process all the chemically-processed ingredients?
